Ingredients

2 cups sliced strawberries

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup white wine or ginger ale

sugar to taste

Directions

Put strawberries and ice cubes in blender and blend to thick paste

Add liquid

Taste and then add sugar to your sweetness preference

Blend

***NOW THE FUN PART***

It is now ready to be served as: sauce for waffles or crepes.

OR freeze it and serve it as a dessert sorbet.

OR after freezing, defrost slightly and serve as a cold soup - very refreshing in the summer. Put a dollop of sour cream or yogurt just before serving.
