How to make it

  • Put strawberries and ice cubes in blender and blend to thick paste
  • Add liquid
  • Taste and then add sugar to your sweetness preference
  • Blend
  • ***NOW THE FUN PART***
  • It is now ready to be served as: sauce for waffles or crepes.
  • OR freeze it and serve it as a dessert sorbet.
  • OR after freezing, defrost slightly and serve as a cold soup - very refreshing in the summer. Put a dollop of sour cream or yogurt just before serving.
