Easy Panfried Fish

- 1 pound fish fillets of your choice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Tbs. water shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Wondra Flour shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
- Beat egg and water until blended.
- Dip fish into egg, then coat with flour.
- Heat oil (1/8-inch) in skillet until hot, but not smoking.
- Fry fish in hot oil over medium heat about 10 minutes, carefully turning once, until brown.
