Easy Panfried Fish Recipe
Just an easy and handy fried fish recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Fish Fillets of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbs. Water
  • 1/2 Wondra Flour
  • Vegetable oil

Directions
  1. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat egg and water until blended.
  4. Dip fish into egg, then coat with flour.
  5. Heat oil (1/8-inch) in skillet until hot, but not smoking.
  6. Fry fish in hot oil over medium heat about 10 minutes, carefully turning once, until brown.
