Easy Panfried Fish Recipe

Just an easy and handy fried fish recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Fish Fillets of your choice
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbs. Water
- 1/2 Cup Wondra Flour
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
- Beat egg and water until blended.
- Dip fish into egg, then coat with flour.
- Heat oil (1/8-inch) in skillet until hot, but not smoking.
- Fry fish in hot oil over medium heat about 10 minutes, carefully turning once, until brown.

This is actually really good recipe. I sometimes change the flour to bread crumbs wich gives a more crispy surface. Serve with a slice of lemon. Awesome :) Thanks for great post
