Jetts Cheesy Chunky Potatoes Side Dish

- 4 or 5 baking potatoes shopping list
- 4 slices Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 vidalia onion, chopped shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- butter or margarine shopping list
- Microwave safe casserole dish shopping list
How to make it
- Wash & peel potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into cubes.
- Pour potatoes into casserole dish
- Add chopped onions to the potatoes. Mix it up together
- Top with butter or margarine
- Sprinkle with pepper
- Cover the dish and place in microwave oven
- After the first 10 minutes, Stir well so all potatoes will cook better.
- Cook longer until potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are done, cut up the cheese and place on top of the potatoes with the lid on.
- Let this sit covered so the cheese melts over the potatoes/onions
- You might need to heat up more to make sure all the potatoes are done.
- Mix well before serving.
