Ingredients
  • 1 can pillsbury golden layer refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( 10 to a can ) the small ones
  • 1 can 9 4/5 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup miracle whip or mayo
  • 2 tablespoons cooked real bacon pieces from pkg
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 20 jalapenos slices ( or can use pickled jalapenos) drained

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. separate each biscuit into 2 -rounds.-press 1 round in bottom and up side of each of 20 ungreased mini- muffin cups pan
  3. in a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients ...except jalapenos slices . spoon heaping teaspoon of mixture in each cup, top each with 1-jalapeno slice.
  4. bake 13 to 19 minutes or until edges are golden brown, remove from pan to serving platter let stand 1-2 minutes and serve warm.......
