This dish is very easy to cook up, and I actually used mock chicken just for a different texture. Alternatively, you can substitute the oyster sauce with mushroom sauce (for vegans/vegetarians). You can double up the recipe for a larger crowd.

There were some sugar snap peas next to the bean sprouts at the store, so I added in about a half pound of those as well.
