I never even heard of this dish until I moved to the south. It's quick, easy, filling, and seems to be pleasing to everyone that tries it.

Ingredients
- 2 12.5 oz cans of chicken breast or 4 cups of cooked chicken
- 1 can tomatoes and chilis ( I used Rotel)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 12 oz package cooked spaghetti noodles
Directions
- Combine chicken, soups, tomatoes, spaghetti, and cheese.
- Cook over low heat until cheese melts and everything is well blended.
