Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • CAKE
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into greased 12 cup Bundt or tube pan.
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Invert onto a serving plate.
  • Drizzle icing over top and sides, if desired.
  • GLAZE
  • In a deep small bowl, beat confectioners’ sugar together; gradually beat in liqueur and/or coffee until desired drizzling consistency is achieved and glaze is smooth.
