Ingredients
  • 5 TBS. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. of each ground spice- cinnamon-nutmeg-ginger-cardamon and coriander

Directions
  1. in a 1/3 to 1/2 cup tall glass jar witha lid, layer the ingredients, contrasting light layers with dark layers
  2. attach the following instructions to the jar;
  3. FIVE SPICE SUGAR
  4. to use, shake jar or stir spices well, until blended.
  5. sprinkle liberally on buttered toast-sliced fruit-tapioca
  6. pudding-over muffin batter prior to baking-over sugar
  7. cookies prior to baking.
  8. Make up two so you can have one to use and one to give to a friend.
