Sugarcoated Spanish Peanuts

- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cups water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp.maple flavoring shopping list
- 4-1/2 cups raw Spanish peanuts with skins shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, water, maple flavoring and Spanish peanuts, stir well to coat
- Cook and stir over medium heat for 20 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed.
- Spread into a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 350*F. for 26 minutes or until peanuts are golden brown.
- Remove to a waxed paper lined baking sheet to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container
