Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, water, maple flavoring and Spanish peanuts, stir well to coat
  • Cook and stir over medium heat for 20 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Spread into a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake at 350*F. for 26 minutes or until peanuts are golden brown.
  • Remove to a waxed paper lined baking sheet to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container

    Well I for one will be making these and taking them to my son's school and little league games not to mention watching my favorite Chicago team called the Cubs. GO CUBS! MJ
