Easy Garlicky Chicken Stuff

This is one of those one dish meals that I created from what was in the pantry! We love it. Serve with rice or pasta.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless breast halves (approx. 1 1 /4 lb.) shopping list
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets garlic Mush. Soup mix shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 T italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 T minced garlic shopping list
- 1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained shopping list
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes; undrained shopping list
- 1 med. zuchinni, sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive shopping list
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack (approx. 2 oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a 13x9" baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken.
- Pour soup mix blended with tomato, seasoning, mushrooms, olives, zuchinni and oil over chicken.
- Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
