Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoons flour

dash salt

1/3 stick butter

1 package refrigerator sugar cookies(or butterscotch nut cookies!)

Directions

Fill 9 inch shallow pan with peaches

Mix sugar, flour & salt

Sprinkle over peaches

Top with refrigerator cookies, sliced 1/4 inch thick

bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Top with whipped cream or ice cream- YUM!
