Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add 2 cups of water to the grinding stuffs and boil .
  • Simmer till water absorbed and the meat is tender .
  • Blend it in a mixer and make a paste .
  • Add the raw eggs and mix .
  • Flatten it into small balls and fill with onions and green chillies .
  • Deep fry till golden brown .
  • Serve with chutney and lemon twists or soaked in gravy .
  • Gravy ( optional ) :
  • Fry onion and ginger and garlic paste .
  • Add everythingelse with enough water to make thick gravy .
  • Bring to boil and simmer for 45 mins .
  • Garnish with Corriander Leaves .
