Meat Kofta

- 2 eggs shopping list
- Chopped onions , green chillies , finely chopped shopping list
- lemon twists for garnishing shopping list
- Grinding : shopping list
- 1 k minced meat shopping list
- 250 g gram dhal shopping list
- 15 cloves garlic shopping list
- 4 cardamom shopping list
- 2 cloves shopping list
- 2 inch pc cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 2 inch ginger shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper powder shopping list
- 2 tsp red chilli pwd shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- gravy ( optional ) shopping list
- 3 onions , sliced finely shopping list
- 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste shopping list
- 1 C tomatoes , skinned and mashed shopping list
- 2 tsp curry powder and chilli powder shopping list
- Corriander Leaves , for garnishing . shopping list
How to make it
- Add 2 cups of water to the grinding stuffs and boil .
- Simmer till water absorbed and the meat is tender .
- Blend it in a mixer and make a paste .
- Add the raw eggs and mix .
- Flatten it into small balls and fill with onions and green chillies .
- Deep fry till golden brown .
- Serve with chutney and lemon twists or soaked in gravy .
- Gravy ( optional ) :
- Fry onion and ginger and garlic paste .
- Add everythingelse with enough water to make thick gravy .
- Bring to boil and simmer for 45 mins .
- Garnish with Corriander Leaves .
