Choconana Bavarian Pie

Prep time does not include freezer time. Yummy good!
Ingredients
- 4 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 (1oz) square unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped shopping list
- 2 bananas,sliced diagonally shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust-baked OR use a graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- Melt marshmallows with chocolate & milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
- Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs(you don't want scrambled eggs in your pie!) return to hot mixture.
- Cook 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Line bottom & sides of 9 inch pie plate with banana slices dipped in lemon juice.
- Pour filling into banana shell
- Top with nuts(YUMMY! my favorite part)
- Freeze until firm
- Place pie in refrigerator one hour before serving
