Would you mind terribly if I tinkered with this??? I'm thinking candied pecans or golden raisins...maybe even a touch of saffron or sage.... can I can I can I????

I love wine cookies! I found a recipe on Allrecipes.com thats made with red wine, oil, flour and a tiny bit of sugar in the dough...then the cookies are rolled in sugar just before baking! Sooo good! It tastes like a really good sweet bread! Great with a cup of coffee!
