Streusel Topped Apple Butter Cake

Adapted from Pillsbury's Best Flour. Recipe can be doubled as this only makes a 9-inch coffeecake. Go doughboy!
Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F shopping list
- Generously grease bottom of 9-inch square baking pan shopping list

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine - Melt in saucepan shopping list

- 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury's Best All purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup apple butter****(1 cup applesauce + 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon allspice can be substituted) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped dates or raisins shopping list
- Combine all ingredients with butter in saucepan. shopping list
- Mix well shopping list
- Pour batter into greased pan shopping list

- COMBINE ALL THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL & SPRINKLE OVER cake BATTER*** shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
