- 3/4 CUP ALL- PURPOSE flour shopping list
- 3/4 CUP baking cocoa ( NESTLES) OR OTHER BRAND shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1/2 CUP ( 1 STICK ) butter CUT IN PIECES shopping list
- 1/2 CUP GRANULATED sugar shopping list
- 1/2 CUP PACKED brown sugar shopping list
- 3 LARGE eggs --DIVIDED shopping list
- 2 TEASPOONS vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 CUP CHOPPED pecans shopping list
- 3/4 CUPS WHITE MORESELS shopping list
- 1/2 CUP caramel ice cream topping shopping list
- 3/4 CUP SEMI-sweet chocolate MORSELS shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
- GREASE AND 8X8 BAKING PAN
- COMBINE FLOUR,COCOA AND SALT IN SMALL BOWL.
- BEAT BUTTER, GRANULATED SUGAR, AND BROWN SUGAR IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL UNTIL CREAMY.
- ADD 2 EGGS ONE AT A TME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.
- ADD VANILLA EXTRACT; MIX WELL.
- GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE., RESERVE 3/4 CUP OF THE BATTER.
- SPREAD REMAINING BATTER INTO A PREPARED BAKING PAN.
- SPRINKLE WITH WHITE MORSELS AND PECANS.
- DRIZZLE CARAMEL OVER THE TOP
- BEAT REMAING EGG AND RESERVED BATTER IN SAME BOWL UNTIL LIGHT IN COLOR.
- STIR IN SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS,
- SPREAD ON TOP EVENLY OVER CARAMEL
- BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS SET.
- COOL COMPLETELY IN PAN ON WIRE RACK CUT INTO SQUARES... MAKES 16
