Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 4 tbls ground coriander
  • 2 tbls cayenne
  • 4 tbls black pepper
  • 2 tbls cinnamon
  • 2 tbls brown sugar
  • 1 tbls salt

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Enough rub for 4 slabs of ribs
