Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 4 tbls ground coriander
- 2 tbls cayenne
- 4 tbls black pepper
- 2 tbls cinnamon
- 2 tbls brown sugar
- 1 tbls salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Enough rub for 4 slabs of ribs
