Rachael Ray recipe....easy not much to it Pico de Gallo. For added heat finely chop a jalepeno and put it in there. If it's not too hot, your kids might actually love this...serve with tortilla chips or put on your favorite taco.
Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 white onion, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 limes, juiced shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- salt and freshy ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
