Ingredients
  • 1/2 cups chopped Texas Spring Sweet or Texas Super Sweet Onion
  • 2 cups diced fresh or thawed frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced, seeded Serrano or other small hot
  • Chili peppers (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and serve with Grilled Beef or seafood, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
  2. Chill overnight to give flavors a chance to meld together
