Texas Peach Margarita Salsa

Found this online looking for something to match a salsa that I had with grilled mahi mahi at a local restaurant. This came pretty close. Unique blend of flavors, that I love. Needs to chill overnight, and the next day. Read more Gives ample time for flavors to meld together. See less
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups chopped Texas Spring Sweet or Texas Super sweet onion shopping list
- 2 cups diced fresh or thawed frozen peaches shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely minced, seeded Serrano or other small hot shopping list
- chili peppers (optional) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 3 tablespoons tequila shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and serve with Grilled Beef or seafood, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
- Chill overnight to give flavors a chance to meld together
