Ingredients

How to make it

  • rinse and drain the green beans
  • heat the oil until very hot and add all the beans
  • fry, turning often until they are soft and browned a bit (about 5 - 7 minutes)
  • drain the beans well then toss with the garlic, sugar, and soy
  • serve it forth

    We're in the south, and we fry EVERYTHING, but this is new...might have to try it. :) I'll add a bit of heat to 'em, I think. Thanks for the post!

    thanks for the comments guys, raelene1951 you can season these however you want once they're fried. As simple as a bit of salt and a pinch of sugar, or you could stir fry with a sauce or some sichuan pepper and dried chilies if you want :).. tasty !
