This is a really tasty dish that uses a technique we don't usually consider when dealing with green beans. Easy and not too greasy even if it's deep fried.

Thanks for the comments guys, raelene1951 you can season these however you want once they're fried. As simple as a bit of salt and a pinch of sugar, or you could stir fry with a sauce or some sichuan pepper and dried chilies if you want :).. tasty !
