chinese deep fried green beans

- 1/2 lb green beans, topped, tailed, cut into 2" sections shopping list
- 3 cups peanut oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- hefty pinch of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 tsp good quality soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- rinse and drain the green beans
- heat the oil until very hot and add all the beans
- fry, turning often until they are soft and browned a bit (about 5 - 7 minutes)
- drain the beans well then toss with the garlic, sugar, and soy
- serve it forth
