Fresh Apple Cake

Great moist cake that must be good for you; it has apples in it! :-)
Ingredients
- 4 cups good apples peeled and small cubed shopping list
- 5 T sugar shopping list
- 2T cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 3 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 3/4 tea baking powder shopping list
- 2 1/2 tea vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 tea almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350* spray bundt pan with cooking spray
- Combine apples, 5 T sugar and 2 T cinnamon in large bowl and let stand while mixing the following:
- sugar, eggs, and salt. Slowing mix in the remainder of the ingredients. Fold in apples and pour into bundt pan, bake for 70 minutes or until done. Invert and cool
