Fresh Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups good apples peeled and small cubed

5 T sugar

2T cinnamon

2 cup sugar

4 eggs

dash salt

3 cup flour

1 cup vegetable oil

3 3/4 tea baking powder

2 1/2 tea vanilla extract

2 tea almond extract

1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven 350* spray bundt pan with cooking spray

Combine apples, 5 T sugar and 2 T cinnamon in large bowl and let stand while mixing the following:

sugar, eggs, and salt. Slowing mix in the remainder of the ingredients. Fold in apples and pour into bundt pan, bake for 70 minutes or until done. Invert and cool
