Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive Oil
  • Finely chop the Shallots and chilli’s (you could use a blender for this)
  • Add the chilli’s and shallots to the oil
  • Finely chop the garlic and add to the oil/shallots/chilli’s
  • Sweat on a high heat for 5 mins
  • Add the Chilli powder and crushed chillis and 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper and a touch of salt.
  • Add the white Wine and reduce down for about 5 to 8 mins
  • Allow to cool for 10 mins then belnd to a paste (careful not to splash any in your eye when blending this ... it hurts !!!)
  • Allow to cool and mix with a dash of olive oil and keep refrigerated.
