Shrimp and Spinach Pizza

This is an easy shrimp and spinich pizza with an alfrado sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup to1 1/2 Cup thawed small shrimp (100-150 per pound) shopping list
- 1 Cup fresh chopped spinach shopping list
- 1 Cup alfredo sauce (I use Ragu light Parmesan Alfredo) shopping list
- 1 Package pizza dough (boxed, refrigerated, or make your own) shopping list
- ¼ white or red onion thinly sliced. shopping list
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare the pizza dough as directed
- Grease pizza pan (I use olive oil)
- Spread the pizza dough on your pizza pan
- Top the dough with the 1 Cup Alfredo sauce (or less depending on your taste)
- Scatter the shrimp over the Alfredo sauce
- Add chopped spinach
- Sliced onion
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake according to the directions on your pizza dough recipe
- I bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven using the lowest rack. Keep an eye on it and when the pizza crust turns golden brown remove from the oven.

Sounds wonderful! I have never used shrimp on a white pizza, only chicken...will definately be using shrimp next time!
