Shrimp and Spinach Pizza Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare the pizza dough as directed
  • Grease pizza pan (I use olive oil)
  • Spread the pizza dough on your pizza pan
  • Top the dough with the 1 Cup Alfredo sauce (or less depending on your taste)
  • Scatter the shrimp over the Alfredo sauce
  • Add chopped spinach
  • Sliced onion
  • Top with mozzarella cheese
  • Bake according to the directions on your pizza dough recipe
  • I bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven using the lowest rack. Keep an eye on it and when the pizza crust turns golden brown remove from the oven.

    Good combination of toppings. Served it last night, and everyone loved it. The shrimp left behind a puddle of water while it was baking though, so I'll have to figure out how to dry it up a little. Thanks!

    Good morning Mark, it has been a long time since I have been in contact with you. I came across this recipe. I am into homemade pizza. and this one is what my son calls "The Bomb". It really looks very good. I don't know how I passed it by, maybe it was something I wasn't looking for, but I found this one by accident and it sparked an interest. You have my 5 on this recipe. How has everything been lately? All things here is good on the home front. I'm still working on my home.
