Ingredients

3 KIWI FRUIT , PEELED AND SLICED

1 BANANA, SLICED

1 ( 12 OUNCE ) PINA COLADA MIX

8 SCOOPS OF ICE-CREAM

3 DROPS OF GREEN FOOD-COLORING

2 ( 12 OUNCE CANS OF GINGER ALE, CHILLED

NUTMEG GRATED ON TOP

Directions

COMBINE THE KIWI- FRUIT, PINA COLADA MIX, BANANA, AND FOOD COLOCRING IN A BLENDER, AND PROCESS FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES UNTIL SMOOTH.

POUR INTO A COVERED 1 QUART PITCHER AND PLACE IN THE FREEZER FOR 1 HOUR.

POUR ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF THE FRUIT MIXTURE INTO EACH 8- 6 OUNCE GLASSES AND ADD A SCOOP OF ICE-CREAM.

FILL THE GLASSES WITH THE GLASSES WITH THE GINGER -ALE AND SPRINKLE WITH THE NUTMEG.

STIR GENTLY AND SERVE IMMED.........

Sounds great. I've been to New Zealand and fell in love with the little bird and brought home a couple of souvenirs. They are so beautiful and hairy you can't see their eyes and they have a very long slender beak. Peculiar. Kiwis are terrific though and this sounds great!
