Ingredients
- 2 each 3.5 ounce lobster tails
- 1 each green onion, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon sour cream
- 1 Chopped hot pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Broil lobster tails, remove meat and cut into pieces. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in butter.
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a food processor. Once pureed, heat till warm and serve with crackers.

Wow this sounds interesting - though I was expecting the tails to be kept together, and all remaining ingredients mixed then placed on top of tails and broiled for a minute or two...lol ...you got me! This sounds divine! I give you my five high lobster claws!
