Ingredients
  • 2 each 3.5 ounce lobster tails
  • 1 each green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 Chopped hot pepper (to taste)

Directions
  1. Broil lobster tails, remove meat and cut into pieces. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a food processor. Once pureed, heat till warm and serve with crackers.

Wow this sounds interesting - though I was expecting the tails to be kept together, and all remaining ingredients mixed then placed on top of tails and broiled for a minute or two...lol ...you got me! This sounds divine! I give you my five high lobster claws!
