fluffy delight

great cake for summer!! No baking involved.
Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese (room temp) shopping list
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter (room temp) shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple (drained) shopping list
- 2 boxes (8 oz each) Salerno coconut bar cookies shopping list
- 2 (8oz each) Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 (3 oz ) box strawberry jello shopping list
How to make it
- Mix jello as directed on box, cool
- Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar
- Beat until fluffy
- Add drained pineapple and fold in 8 oz cool whip
- Layer bottom of 13x 9 pan with 1 box of cookies
- Spread 1/2 of the pineapple cheese mixture over cookies
- Repeat the layers
- Pour jello over the second cheese layer
- Refrigerate 8 hours or more until jello set
- Top with 2nd cool whip
- Decorate with fresh strawberries and kiwi!
- ENJOY!!!
