How to make it

  • In a small bowl,combine orange juice,soy sauce,honey,ground ginger,garlic powder and green onion. Place salmon in a large glass dish and pour marinade over them. Turn to coat and refrigerate 15 mins.
  • Preheat grill. Discard marinade and grill salmon over med-high heat for 6-8 mins a side or till fish flakes easily with a fork.

    This was fantastic. I used sockeye salmon and didn't throw away the marinade. Instead, I boiled it, skimmed and let it reduce. Poured it over the pan cooked salmon and WoW. This is a keeper.

    lately I have been using these ingredients for a variety of proteins with such success.. they combos of flavors are always totally digged my me and friends...thanks for posting it in the summer bbq groups, I would never have seen this since I amnot normally a salmon gal... :-P
