I do not remember where i got this recipe but I have been making it on and off for at least 15 yrs or so... It pairs well with pork...

When you're looking at your recipe at the top it'll say "Find a mistake? Edit this Recipe." Click on "edit this recipe" then you can add the bit about the garlic cloves.

I make a similar recipe except I slice the potatoes to look like fries. The grandkids love it and don't miss the fact that they are not deep fried.
