How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • in baking dish mix all ingredients until well coated
  • bake for 35 to 40 min or until browned and cooked
  • enjoy

    I think that pic of your dog looks just like my dog, Radar, named so because of those huge satellite ears which were just abt as big when she was a pup. Using your salmon pesto recipe today. I like how simple it is. I think I'll try this potato bake, as well. It all looks great.

    I make a similar recipe except I slice the potatoes to look like fries. The grandkids love it and don't miss the fact that they are not deep fried.
