Easy Seafood Newburg Recipe
This is very good, loaded with great seafood, creamy and fantastic.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound peeled shrimp
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound fresh mushroom caps
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup undiluted
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1 can cream of onion soup undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons sherry

Directions
  1. Saute seafood in butter starting with shrimp then scallops then crab.
  2. Be careful not to overcook or break up the seafood.
  3. Add mushrooms and steam until softened then add soups and heat through carefully.
  4. Add sherry then serve from chafing dish over low heat with rice or noodles.
