Screaming Jalapenos Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat Grill
  • Slice each jalapenos in half lengthwise
  • mix creamcheese,garlic,sundried tomatoes,basil, and pinch of salt
  • stuff jalapenos with creamcheese mixture
  • wrap bacon around jalapeno
  • dip toothpicks in water
  • secure the jalapeno
  • add on grill, grill the jalapeno until bacon is cooked

    These are really delicious and I've made them many times with various additions to the cream cheese, including sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. I always make extra because people just love them and they go fast. I also like grilling them too - even though I've also baked them off in the oven.
