Creamy Mushroom And Rice Casserole Recipe
This is a very comforting, very tasty, very nice side dish that goes great with beef. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 20 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups grated white cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook broccoli only slightly then drain.
  2. Saute onions in butter.
  3. Combine all ingredients but save some cheese for top of casserole.
  4. Put in greased casserole dish and bake uncovered at 325 for 25 minutes.
