Peanut Butter Blasts

Love peanut butter cookies and the added m&m's give them something extra special. Enjoy
Ingredients
- Cookies: shopping list
- 1 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup extra-crunchy peanut butter (I've found that Jiffy makes the best cookies) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 lb. peanut butter M&Ms shopping list
- chocolate peanut butter frosting: shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/8 cup cocoa shopping list
- 2 1/8 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/8 cup peanut butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and milk in a large bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add gradually at low speed. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly and top with four M&M's. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
- For frosting, combine margarine, milk and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
