Ingredients

Cookies:

1 cup margarine

1 cup sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup extra-crunchy peanut butter (I've found that Jiffy makes the best cookies)

2 tablespoons milk

2 eggs

2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 lb. Peanut butter M&Ms

Chocolate peanut butter frosting:

1/4 cup margarine

1/4 cup milk

1/8 cup cocoa

2 1/8 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/8 cup peanut butter

Directions

Combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and milk in a large bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add gradually at low speed. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly and top with four M&M's. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.

For frosting, combine margarine, milk and cocoa in a saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
