Honey Jalapeno BBQ Sauce

Kick up a store bought BBQ sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whiskey shopping list
- 2 tbls. butter shopping list
- 6 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 2 bottles store bought barbecue sauce shopping list
- 2 tbls cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
How to make it
- Carefully heat whiskey over medium heat until it catches fire
- Let alcohol burn out, leaving about 1/2 cup reduction
- Add butter, jalapenos, barbecue sauce, cayenne and honey
- Simmer for one hour, stirring often
- Makes 4 cups
