Ingredients

How to make it

  • Carefully heat whiskey over medium heat until it catches fire
  • Let alcohol burn out, leaving about 1/2 cup reduction
  • Add butter, jalapenos, barbecue sauce, cayenne and honey
  • Simmer for one hour, stirring often
  • Makes 4 cups
