QUICK AND EASY RECIPE THAT SATISFIES YOUR ITALIAN HUNGER

Ingredients
- 1 LB. HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE, CASINGS REMOVED
- 1 ONION, JULIENNED
- I JAR ROASTED RED AND YELLOW PEPPER IN OLIVE OIL
- 1 LARGE CAN OF HUNTS ROASTED GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE
- GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE
- SUGAR TO TASTE
- 1 LB FETTUCINE OR LINGUINE NOODLES.
- FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
Directions
- START BROWNING HOT SAUSAGE, BREAKING UP WITH SPOON.
- ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL SAUSAGE IS DONE AND ONIONS START TO SOFTEN.
- ADD ROASTED PEPPERS AND COOK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
- DRAIN WELL.
- ADD ALL BACK TO PAN AND ADD TOMATO SAUCE, ALLOW TO HEAT ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE AND A LITTLE SUGAR TO TASTE AND BREAK UP THE ACIDITY.
- SERVE OVER NOODLES AND SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
