How to make it

  • START BROWNING HOT SAUSAGE, BREAKING UP WITH SPOON.
  • ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL SAUSAGE IS DONE AND ONIONS START TO SOFTEN.
  • ADD ROASTED PEPPERS AND COOK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
  • DRAIN WELL.
  • ADD ALL BACK TO PAN AND ADD TOMATO SAUCE, ALLOW TO HEAT ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE AND A LITTLE SUGAR TO TASTE AND BREAK UP THE ACIDITY.
  • SERVE OVER NOODLES AND SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.

    Mini, don't you mean the hot Italian "sausage"? Did I say that with my outside voice???? X0! (By the way, we're having this tonight! Only thing, I don't have peppers in oil, but I do have sun dried tomatoes, so there'll be a substitution!) X0!
