- 1 LB. hot italian sausagE, CASINGS REMOVED shopping list
- 1 onion, JULIENNED shopping list
- I JAR roastED RED AND yellow pepper IN olive oil shopping list
- 1 LARGE CAN OF HUNTS roasted garlic tomato sauce shopping list
- garlic pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- sugar TO TASTE shopping list
- 1 LB FETTUCINE OR linguine noodles. shopping list
- FRESH GRATED parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- START BROWNING HOT SAUSAGE, BREAKING UP WITH SPOON.
- ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL SAUSAGE IS DONE AND ONIONS START TO SOFTEN.
- ADD ROASTED PEPPERS AND COOK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
- DRAIN WELL.
- ADD ALL BACK TO PAN AND ADD TOMATO SAUCE, ALLOW TO HEAT ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE AND A LITTLE SUGAR TO TASTE AND BREAK UP THE ACIDITY.
- SERVE OVER NOODLES AND SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
