Cotton Patch Cake With Cotton Patch Frosting

Best made the day before. Delicious - yummy - good!!
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained(save juice!) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- ------------------------------------------------------------ shopping list
- **Cotton Patch cake Frosting** shopping list
- ------------------------------------------------------------- shopping list
- 1 large container Cool Whip shopping list
- 2 small packages vanilla instant pudding(or 1 large package) shopping list
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained well shopping list
- nuts or coconut(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Beat eggs, oil and juice from oranges
- Add cake mix and beat for 4 minutes
- Fold in oranges and nuts
- Pour into 2-9inch greased & floured pans
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done

- Mix all frosting ingredients together and ice cake
- Keep in refrigerator
