Bear Butt Bbq Potatoes Recipe

made these last night when i realized i needed something to go will all the meat I was cooking they turned out great everyone loved them

Ingredients
- 6-8 medium potatoes
- 7 good shakes of garlic power
- 1/2 stick butter
- olive oil just enought to drizzle over potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- alum. foil
Directions
- Wash potatoes and cut into bite sizes pieces
- place in alum. foil
- shake garlic powder over them
- cube butter and place all over potatoes
- drizzle olive oil over potatoes
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- chopp onion and mixe in to potatoes
- wrap in foil and place in HOT BBQ about 500 for 20 miuntes then at 350 for 45 minutes
