made these last night when i realized i needed something to go will all the meat I was cooking they turned out great everyone loved them

Ingredients
  • 6-8 medium potatoes
  • 7 good shakes of garlic power
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • olive oil just enought to drizzle over potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • alum. foil

Directions
  1. Wash potatoes and cut into bite sizes pieces
  2. place in alum. foil
  3. shake garlic powder over them
  4. cube butter and place all over potatoes
  5. drizzle olive oil over potatoes
  6. season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. chopp onion and mixe in to potatoes
  8. wrap in foil and place in HOT BBQ about 500 for 20 miuntes then at 350 for 45 minutes
