Ingredients
  • 1 # kielbasa
  • brown sugar
  • melted butter

Directions
  1. cut kielbasa in 1/2 inch rounds or on the bias for long oval pieces.
  2. put in baking dish
  3. melt about 3 sticks of butter and add 1/4 bag of brown sugar. (for myself, I love brown sugar..so i'd use half the bag.)
  4. pour butter/sugar mixture over the top of kielbasa and make sure evenly distibuted.
  5. cover pan with foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven.
  6. bake for about fifteen min to absorb flavors. remember that you don't have to cook kielbasa that long because it's already pre cooked!

My niece brought something similar (but with little smokies) to a family buffet and it was incredibly tasty - so easy, and the flavors just blended together perfectly...I am a big fan of "sweet and salty", so this is right up my "tastes of choice" - thanks mocha!

This sounds great, I can just imagine the flavor. I have a question, what would you suggest to go with it? You got my 5 forks for a very good post.....Bob

Oh my gosh this sounds good. I can actually taste it ;) Thank you so much Mocha for a lovely "5" fork kielbasa recipe!
