Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F, grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • Whisk together oil, pumpkin, sugars, egg replacer, vanilla and maple syrup.
  • In another bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients but raisins and cranberries.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring to blend.
  • Fold in the dried fruit.
  • Drop spoonfuls on the prepared sheets and flatten slightly with wet fingertips.
  • Bake 10 minutes, cool 5 minutes on sheets, then remove to a rack to cool completely.

    really good I've tweeked it by using wheat flour molasses instead of honey and added slivered almonds. I've made them your way 1st but I LOVE to play with recipes! Thank u for sharing

    These cookies look SOOO good, and I absolutely love that you included the nutrition info. This is the type of cookie I could eat without guilt. So how was your first run making these? Finished product or need more tweaking?
