This was first served at Zoo Atlanta during a retirement party. Everyone survived. It is best to harvest kudzu in the spring or early summer.....and not too close to the highway!!

I use to go to a kudzu Festival and they would have a lot of recipes made with kudzu, one of my favorites is the kudzu jelly. Your recipe sounds wonderful!

This is so funny. My Mom and I were just talking about where to find recipes for kudzu because it is growing all along the highway 49 now in MS. I'm going to send her this. Thanks!
