This is an easy, but attractive spin on an ordinary meat sauce pasta dish. I created it when I wanted spaghetti, but something different. It's presentable enough for company.

Delicious! :) I did mine as directed...except ;)...I used Italian sausage instead of ground beef, and I didn't mix my pasta with the sauce...I layered it just to give it a different depth...it wasn't pretty when removed from the pan, but it was so good! I used ricotta, by the way, cus that's what we prefer. I great way to get a lasagna flavor with a different type of pasta. Thanks, dd/jj!
