Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham carackers OR chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • FILLING:
  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 1 6 oz. container plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tbs. sugar

Directions
  1. For Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers OR cookies and melted butter
  2. Press into 9" springform pan
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour
  4. For Filling: Mix all ingredients till smooth
  5. Pour into crust
  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 min.
  7. Coll for 40 min.
  8. For Topping: Beat all ingredients till smooth
  9. Pour over top of cooled cheesecake
  10. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min.
  11. Cool 24 hours
