Ingredients
- CRUST: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham carackers OR chocolate wafer cookies shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 1 6 oz. container plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 tbs. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- For Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers OR cookies and melted butter
- Press into 9" springform pan
- Refrigerate 1 hour
- For Filling: Mix all ingredients till smooth
- Pour into crust
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 min.
- Coll for 40 min.
- For Topping: Beat all ingredients till smooth
- Pour over top of cooled cheesecake
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min.
- Cool 24 hours
