Artichokes Mushrooms And Spinach Casserole

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 (10 oz) packages frozen shopping list
- chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and squeeze dry shopping list
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, shopping list
- drained, cut in quarters shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup half & half shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp tabasco shopping list
- 8 oz shredded gruyere cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, saute till translucent.
- Add mushrooms and garlic
- cook till mushrooms release their liquid
- Add spinach & Worchestershire sauce
- cook till spinach loses its bright green color
- Stir in artichokes
- Add cream cheese, half & half, salt & pepper
- cook till cream cheese has melted
- Stir in bread crumbs and tabasco
- Pour into a casserole dish
- Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese
- Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown
