Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 (10 oz) packages frozen

chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and squeeze dry

1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

2 cans artichoke hearts,

drained, cut in quarters

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup half & half

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp tabasco

8 oz shredded Gruyere cheese

1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs

Directions

Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, saute till translucent.

Add mushrooms and garlic

cook till mushrooms release their liquid

Add spinach & Worchestershire sauce

cook till spinach loses its bright green color

Stir in artichokes

Add cream cheese, half & half, salt & pepper

cook till cream cheese has melted

Stir in bread crumbs and tabasco

Pour into a casserole dish

Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese

Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown
