Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions, saute till translucent.
  • Add mushrooms and garlic
  • cook till mushrooms release their liquid
  • Add spinach & Worchestershire sauce
  • cook till spinach loses its bright green color
  • Stir in artichokes
  • Add cream cheese, half & half, salt & pepper
  • cook till cream cheese has melted
  • Stir in bread crumbs and tabasco
  • Pour into a casserole dish
  • Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese
  • Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown
