How to make it

  • Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms, onions and cheese then fold in potatoes and pour into shallow baking dish.
  • Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    I have made these twice since I found this recipe and they were delicious........family loves them! I added some chives, homemade bacon bits and a little extra cheddar cheese on top at the end of the baking cycle and they were good this way as well! Thanks for such a great recipe~!
