One of my favorite easy potato recipes. I make this often when I have dinner guests and everyone is always happy with this one. I am asked for the recipe constantly. Enjoy.

Ingredients

3 cups diced cooked potatoes shopping list
1 cup cream of mushroom soup shopping list
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms shopping list
8 ounces sour cream shopping list
1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
1/4 cup diced onion shopping list
2 tablespoons butter shopping list

How to make it

Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms, onions and cheese then fold in potatoes and pour into shallow baking dish.
Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I have made these twice since I found this recipe and they were delicious........family loves them! I added some chives, homemade bacon bits and a little extra cheddar cheese on top at the end of the baking cycle and they were good this way as well! Thanks for such a great recipe~!
