Artichoke Dip Recipe

Love this, I really don't know how long it has to stay in the oven till it browns, not long, I just watch it carefully. Good served with crackers or those hard little rounds of dried bread.

- 1 can or jar (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, mashed and
- drained
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayo
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and put in small shallow baking
- dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is browned.
- Serve warm with crackers.
