Best Cheesecake Ever

Rich and creamy yet deceivingly simple, this cheesecake recipe has turned me into someone who is consistently disappointed by *other* cheesecakes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 pkg cream cheese (500 g total), softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 cup Fresh berries (blackberries, rapberries, strawberries, or blueberries) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first three ingredients and press into a pie plate to form a crust.
- Mix cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl.
- Fill pie crust with mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes (27 minutes for us). Do not overcook!
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- Whip cream, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Top cake with whipped cream and berries. Any left over berries should be eaten by the handful.
