How to make it

  • Mix first three ingredients and press into a pie plate to form a crust.
  • Mix cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl.
  • Fill pie crust with mixture.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes (27 minutes for us). Do not overcook!
  • Allow cake to cool completely.
  • Whip cream, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Top cake with whipped cream and berries. Any left over berries should be eaten by the handful.
