Cilantro Potato Salad

Just another way to use the cilantro, garlic and chives from the yard. Nice for summer side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby red skin potatoes boiled tender and cooled shopping list
- 1 cup of mayo shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely minced onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives shopping list
How to make it
- Slightly mash potatoes
- Add the rest of the ingredients to potaoes
- Blend all together chill and serve
