I picked up a Prime New York in LA a couple of weeks ago. Eating a prime steak is something that cannot be beat. All the marbling creates incredible flavor and tenderness. Just good stuff.

What... no garlic? Man this does look good. I LOVE a good thick steak on the grill. And your pics are delightful. Great job.

Hey that took a bit of photograph work to get all those shots and get them up here! Steak sounds great, but---no garlic? Lovely anyway! I wouldn't sneeze at it!--Kn0x--

OK, I did put some granulated garlic on, I do it on every steak I cook but real heavy on the onion, great flavors. Actually I paid about 18.00 a pound at the Farmers Market on Fairfax in LA. I cook rib steak and New York, for me, I just can't beat the taste of a New York. Not bad for 4 minutes on a grill. I just about have the hang of it :-) JJ

Mmmmm, I love a properly grilled steak and your steak looks like "5" forks all the way! This is similar to how we grill our steaks and we've never had any complaints.
Cheers!!!
