- Prime New York 1 inch thick shopping list
- granulated onion heavy sprinkle shopping list
- granulated garlic shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- Lawrys seasoned Salt shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Allow steak to reach room temperature or set out one hour before cooking.. This is because all meats are muscles and when cold the meat contracts. If you take a steak or roast directly from the refrigerator and cook it, it will be tougher than if you allow the meat to warm a bit and relax and then when cooked it will be tender.
- Drizzel olive oil on both sides, one side at a time. Once a side is oiled season and rub in the seasoning.
- Cook over a direct high heat (I use a propane BBQ), 3 minutes per side for a 1 inch thick steak.
- Let steak rest about 3 minutes before cutting.
