Puffy Pecan Pie

- 1 9 in. pie crust shopping list
- 3/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1st layer shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 5 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2nd layer shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Mix ingredients for first layer
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Top with pecans
- Mix ingredients for second layer
- Pour on top of pecans
- Bake for 50 minutes
- Let cool
- Top with vanilla ice cream when serving
