Ingredients

1 can Crescent rolls

1 pound fried crumbled sausage

4 eggs

3/4 cup milk (can use half and half)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 package Velvetta Shreds (2 cups) Can also use cheese of choice

Directions

Butter 9 X 13 casserole dish

Open can of rolls and press into casserole dish

In large bowl, by hand, whisk eggs, not beating too long

Add milk, whisk again, adding salt and pepper

Place "fried crumbled sausage" on top of crescent rolls

Pour egg mixture over all

Spinkle cheese over all

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until set

This is a great basic recipe and salsa, cilantro, green chilies, garlic,

your choice of seasonings can be added
