Easy Easy Quick Delicious Breakfast Casserole

Had this casserole this past weekend. So very easy and super quick. It's also delicious! Serve with fresh fruit and muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 pound fried crumbled sausage shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk (can use half and half) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 package Velvetta Shreds (2 cups) Can also use cheese of choice shopping list
How to make it
- Butter 9 X 13 casserole dish
- Open can of rolls and press into casserole dish
- In large bowl, by hand, whisk eggs, not beating too long
- Add milk, whisk again, adding salt and pepper
- Place "fried crumbled sausage" on top of crescent rolls
- Pour egg mixture over all
- Spinkle cheese over all
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until set
- This is a great basic recipe and salsa, cilantro, green chilies, garlic,
- your choice of seasonings can be added
