How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 then spray rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Dip chicken in butter then coat with combined remaining ingredients and place in pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes.

    I'm making this tonight! Often when I find a recipe that looks o.k., when iI try it it's quite bland. But I sure that this will not be bland, and that I'll make it gain in the future. Thanks chefmeow! :)

    I am definitely making this tonight, except I am using breasts instead of strips. boneless of course. :) Great recipe.

    I love this recipe Cathy! I use Italian bread crumbs and also the canned Kraft parmesan cheese works better than fresh parmesan as it blends with the crumbs and stays in place better. Did your friend use that parmesan, or did she have luck with the fresh? I guess if you use fresh you want to find some that has been very finely ground. Otherwise, you may as well use the Kraft!
